Our Model

clubhope™’s model encompasses a group leader and an adult mentor who encourage participants to recognize and discuss the pressing and often isolating issues they experience. Club members learn constructive solutions and share their acquired skills on these topics with the community. In addition to members, each club must consist of at least one Peer Ambassador and a Champion

The group leader is known as a Peer Ambassador and the adult mentor is known as a Champion. Together they ensure that the structure and integrity of meeting conversations are upheld. 

The discussions center on a 15-minute Topic Awareness Presentation selected from clubhope™’s Resource Library. The Topic Awareness Presentations also come with a companion Peer Ambassador Facilitator Guide that is used to direct meaningful dialogue.

Under our Resources tab, there is a Prevention Guide that offers healthy alternatives to each of the awareness topics.

Peer Ambassadors receive training in clubhope™’s custom Peer Ambassador Tutorial™ that teaches them how to present topics and facilitate group conversations with their peers.
